Pop Art Reflection

  •  What is the strongest part (visual area) of your finished art piece? Why?
    •  Personally, the strongest part of my piece is the lower left image. Whenever I look at the whole piece, my eyes are always drawn to that one because it's the most appealing to my eye.
  •  What part (visual area) of your art piece can be improved on? How can it be improved?
    •  I could change either the top left or the bottom right so they don't look so similar. I could use colors other than purple, orange, and green for one of them.
  • In what ways was the magic wand tool useful in creating your art work?  What did you do to make your portraits unique?
    • The magic wand made it easy to select all the same shades of black, white, or gray to change it into a different color. To make my portraits unique, I tried to use not only different colors, but also different shades of those colors.
  • What was easy about this art activity? Explain
    •  Shrinking all four pictures and combining them into one was definitely the easiest part. Choosing colors may have been difficult, but painting the new picture was easy to do once I had a color.
  • What was difficult about this art activity? Explain
    • The most difficult part was trying to pick colors that I liked while trying to make sure everything was different.
  • If you could do this assignment again, what would you do differently?
    • I would change the colors to maybe go brighter or darker.
  • On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), how would you rate your effort on this project? Why?
    •  I would give myself a 9 for this project. I did take a lot of time to try and make all of the images different, even though two of them were similar. Three of them would have some contrast in them, though.
